SCIENCE EXHIBITION

SCIENCE EXHIBITION

Opening & Display

A science exhibition is a competitive event, hosted by schools worldwide. The distinguishing characteristic of a science exhibition is that project entries employ the scientific method to test a hypothesis.
Science exhibitions are not a mere display of projects. Students present their science project results in the form of a report, display board, and/or models that they have created. Science exhibitions allow students in elementary, middle and high schools to compete in science and/or technology activities.

Goal of Exhibition

The goal of a science exhibition is for students to answer a question based on a hypothesis. Students work on science exhibitions projects in addition to their school work. Therefore, most science exhibitions entries are usually modified versions of existing experiments.
Display boards help communicate the nuances of a project to science fair judges, visitors, and other entrants.

Science Day

Hindavi Public School always provides a platform to showcase the hidden talent of students and nurtures curiosity among students.
Since 2003 Hindavi Public School has been organizing a Science exhibition on 28th February in remembrance of Dr. C. V. Raman.

Whole Participation

All Hindavians from pre-primary, primary and secondary sections as well as people from society are invited to the Science exhibition.
Every student performs an experiment or a project related to Physics, Chemistry, or environment enthusiastically. Students prefer the project which is helpful for society.

Themes based Science

On the Science exhibition day, the school invites an eminent personality from society as the chief guest. We inaugurate the exhibition innovatively. The exhibition is organized in different themes like electricity-related projects, hydraulic pressure-related projects, magnetism-related projects, robotics-related projects, agriculture-related projects, air pressure-related projects, etc. Students prepare charts for more explanation. Some projects are completed in groups of 3- 5 students.
In this way, students enhance stage daring and understand the concept better.
